About Us
Our philosophy is to provide high quality, modern accommodation, meeting the needs of students in Portsmouth. Our Properties are located centrally within walking distance of the main University campus, Albert Road, Elm Grove and entertainment areas. Students are well served by local transport links and are also close to the University and city centre amenities.
We own and manage all our properties, and have the support of a dedicated and professional team of contractors. Most Properties have been fully refurbished within the past 2 years and are designed to provide a high quality safe living environment. We offer 5,6,7 and 8 bed properties with a number of residency solutions, from individual applications to whole house allocation.
- All our houses are regularly maintained, upgraded and decorated.
- We offer rates from as little as £95.00 p/w.
- We do not charge an administration fee like many other providers.
- En-suite rooms available in a number of our houses.
- Our rates are inclusive of Utilities bills*, internet and general maintenance.
- Our rooms are only available to full time Students at Portsmouth University aged 18 or over.
Our houses have large lounge/kitchens, many with flat screen TV’s , providing a welcome social area to relax and mix. Students that choose to stay with us will benefit from a wide range of local services including Gyms, leisure facilities, Cinema and proximity to the famous Gunwhalf Quays Retail arena which also offers many employment opportunities.
